Formula: Days = Local product price (USD) ÷ Net daily wage

Net daily wage = average monthly net salary ÷ 22 working days

Switzerland leads with under 2 working days, followed closely by the USA (3.1 days) and Denmark (3.3 days). These countries combine high net salaries with access to US/EU retail pricing, creating the best purchasing power for electronics.

Why does the same product cost more working days in some countries? +

Two factors drive the gap: local wages and local prices. A PS5 in Nigeria costs more in USD terms than in the US (import duties, distribution), while average salaries are dramatically lower. This "double penalty" explains why the same product can cost 27x more working days in one country vs another.
